Attend our career-planning events to meet with representatives from leading healthcare organizations across the country when they travel to your city to recruit residents and fellows. Open to all years of training and all medical specialties, it's also a great social night out — complimentary food and drinks are served, and guests including friends, family, and colleagues are welcome. Just let us know who's coming when you register so we can plan accordingly.

What to expect

Stop by any time between 5pm and 8pm to connect with representatives from top hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups who are on-site to discuss open positions and explore roles that align with your career goals. A full list of participating employers will be available when you arrive - it's always growing and updated right up to the event. We invite residents and fellows from programs across the city and surrounding facilities, so it's also a great opportunity to see colleagues from your program and network with peers from nearby institutions.

Before you arrive

When you register, you'll share your specialty, practice preferences and location priorities. Employers have access to this information the night of the event, so as you move through the room, representatives can quickly understand your background and speak to the opportunities most relevant to you. A few minutes upfront means more focused, productive conversations when you walk in the door.
